Dawn Montgomery - Owner/manager
Dawn founded Razdabar Sound & Management with her husband MoeBeats in the mid-90’s. She has been deeply ingrained in the Ohio hip-hop scene for two decades. She currently offers consultations for helping artists navigate the business aspect of their music career.
Russell Landwehr - head engineer/mastering engineer
Russell is the head engineer at Razdabar, handling most of the mastering and studio upkeep. He mentors the other engineers using his vast experience in recording, mixing, and composing music for TV and Film - you can hear his music on MTV shows, such as Catfish.
Ash Matthews - engineer/Producer/webmaster
Ash is our busiest engineer, steadily building a name in the Midwest music industry. He founded his own indie record label, Smart Boy Entertainment, and even handles much of Razdabar’s social media and website. Ash has worked with Sada Baby, YelloPain, MarMonroe, C-Money Baby, Jason DBKS, Eman Jones, and many, many more!
DJ Carl - engineer/dj
DJ Carl is an engineer at Razdabar while he is not out turning up the party as an amazing DJ. He travels around a lot, allowing him to work with all types of artists. He has worked in the studio with Yung Bleu and Jason DBKS.
